Hi all, it's been 4 days I did not write in my blog about my progression.
first of all, I would like to announce that I loss some cm around my belly and arm...leg still the same...
I am happy about it...but it just decrease 3 cm...I want moreee....I aspect moreee
and I workout till day 20...but I've been skipping workout for 2 days...just because I loss my motivation and I've been tired for the whole day :(
I dunno why...I am sad of myself...
I wish I could make my motivation jump up to the sky like the first time I start this program...oh well, for my diet...I ate healthy mix with carbs...(I just don't have the correct menu)...okay, keep in mind that I am a student and I don't have that much money to buy meat...chicken is okay...but beef is expensive in this country maaannn -_-
this been longg time but I still didn't eat quonia...that thing is expensiveeee -_-"
it is hard to be a student that trying to life healthy in this kind of economical situation...well, I hope I'll manage..and I will try to get engage...and BRING IT again...I hope I will have my motivation back...because I still have loongnggg days to go before I finish this program...
oh well, gonna sleep now...so see yaa :D

You don't have motivation to do what you want, buddy! I can understand what you must be feeling. I know how it feels to be tired and not able to do something which you wanna do. For a student, 8 hours sleep is must. Do proper stretching and yawning right after you get up from your bed. Take deep breaths from the nostrils and exhale from the mouth. Do it for 5 minutes. You can listen to fast paced songs (in which good motivational sentences are used (e.g. eye of the tiger from Rocky, You are the best around from Karate kids).

DeleteYes, you are right. It is not like I don't have the motivation, it just fadeout by the time (feels like I loss it somewhere) and I still have long way to go. I hate myself.
and yeah, theoretically 8 hours is must. but yeah, in the past I just have 3 hours for sleeping and now I made it till 6 (I think it is a good progression since I workout, just couple hours to go). besides that, I also have another problem with time management and It's been torturing me all the time -_-"
I always on track in the first 2 weeks of my plan then after that I am slaking :(
I will try to keep myself on track and try to sleep 8 hours. and I will try ur suggestion about the song :D
OMG, u don't know how happy I am that someone actually care and give me suggestion about my situation and difficulty :D
I am happy and I will try it...I think it will work.
