Day 18

today I wake up lil bit late, so (again) I didn't do my morning worked out.
start y day with great spinach scramble and skim milk...continue with some protein bars...I was busy sorting all of the supply in the lab. quite hectic day..but I'll manage :D
lunch I ate beetroot salad with some cheese and surimi stick because I finished my beef yesterday :P
well, I ate cottage cheese for second break.
I went back home and start worked out my legs and back and ab ripper X.
I ate dinner with great fish and rice mix with carrot :D
it was a great day..but my day is not finished like that :D

tomorrow I will have my skype phone call with my mom. I was soo busy last 2 weeks, I even missed her birthday...So, I am planning to make a cake for her...but I put too much maiz flour...well, the cake change and have a form of play-do -_-" but I have another idea...I made something wonderful and I hope she will like it. I looked at the clock it is already 2 am.. I need to go to bed soon cz tomorrow morning I need to call her :D

Day 17

Hey guyss
so today I have to wake up early because I will have appointment this afternoon...hence, I can't do worked out in the morning. did pretty good in the office today...
I ate fermentated soya (tempe) and bread with mozarella for my breakfast...(goshh this is soo delicious), protein bars for first break and steaks alad as my lunch. my co-worker always get excited with my lunch because I always prepared and bring different kind of food everyday. ^^
In the evening I ate my dinner with chicken coated with honey-chili sauce...this sauce is disaster...hahaha failed sauce but still taste pretty good after some modification. I end my day with yoga X..burn my calorie, get tired and sleep well for the next morning...

day 16 part 2

Okay, so here is the story

I never think that I will make the part 2 of this day. but I feel like I have to make it and share it.
I am having my minor in the hospital and it is in the 5th floor (believe me I never try stairs to go up, just go down). so yeah, as usual, when I went home, I took the stairs. not far behind me the greatest guy (BIG Boss) in our department follow my step with stairs. let me describe him a bit. he is tall, skinny, a bit bald due to his age I think because he is quite old, around 60 maybe. well, so we took the stairs, I went to the 1st floor and he went to -1 (I think) so I took my bike on ground floor (bcause I have to cross bridge and go down again to ground floor, this is kinda my fastest route) and when I looked back, I was amazed because I saw the big boss go out with bike...LIKE ME....I mean with his position, he will easily drive a car. but nooo he is biking to the office...gosh I cannot believe this.
I mean, I get annoyed by myself because I keep getting tired, etc. but he is (kinda) 40 years different than me and he is soo fit and still cycling. this is my new motivation. I want to become like him in my old day. So, I have to start having healthy live style from now on. otherwise I will end up in the hospital that I work and laying on the bed due to diabetes.
so you know what, eat is important. but keep the balance and eat healthy is more important.

today is the last day for my corridor mate to stay in here because he have his thesis project in my country, the glory and beautiful Indonesia. we had great dinner and everyone laugh and happy I wish I could go back, but my minor is important and I don't want to loss this opportunities to learn more and more :)

by the way, I need to take a shower because before the dinner I did abs worked out and now I need to take a shower and sleep because tomorrow I am planning to arrive in the office at 8 am and wake up at 5 am.

day 16

Dear all, today I did arm and shoulder this morning and yesterday I did cardio X.
I feel tired but happy :D
and my muscle doesn't feel as sore as the first time I worked out.
I will do my ab tonight before dinner and then I will eat and sleep...the next day, wake up early in the morning and do worked out. I think this is better. I feel a bit tired in the office, but at least I engage with the program.

okay, gonna continue working in the office and do my job in the hospital.

still counting down the day and hope for the best in the end.

day 10 until day 15

Dear All,

I would like to send big..big apologize because I’ve been skipping worked out this days.
The reason is…(I know it feels like a classic reason) but I was very busy with my minor and my organization. I did not worked out and I feel soo bad. I feel like I betrayed myself. I was lil bit sick 2 days and I don’t feel it nice, and I have been away for the weekend. It makes me can’t do any worked out.
I said to myself that I will start worked out in the morning instead of in the evening because I become very tired after long day with minor. We will see what will happen later. Maybe 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening.
I crush to my bed couple of time after my minor in the hospital. I was tough and I feel that I don’t have energy anymore.

Well, I hope tomorrow will be better day for me. :)

And the reason my I did not do any worked out on Monday because I was broadcasting in the radio in the evening. I even burn my fried duck (that I bought from the Pasar Malam Indonesia). I was really sad :(
But yeah. Tomorrow is a new day and I will start worked out again :D

Hi guys,

if somewhere out there, you have the same thing as me (trying to be fit and worked out) and if you want to leave comment in my post, please feel free. I would love to hear your story and how you get through every single day in you training with P90X or with other worked out, about your diet and everything.
I also would like to know (for you that speak Bahasa) what do you think about my crazy poetry :D

so please, I share my experience and I hope it can give you and me support. I know that I didn't have that much post but at least I did this to motivate myself that I can do this and I must continue till the end. because somewhere there, someone like me also trying to do the best they can do ^^

day 9

wow, I still cannot believe that this is almost first 10 days for P90X :D
I am happy that I still can keep engaging with the program. usually I always give up if I didn't see result right away. But I decided to not measure anything until 2 week is finish and I will only take picture at the last day of phase 1 :D

today was a hard day. because I finished my salad yesterday and I forget to buy them. so I drink protein shake (skim-milk shake) and for lunch and the break I ate bread. I know this is bad. but I have no choice...I don't have my salad anymore so I need to go shopping.

well, today I got funny discussion in the office because I know more about the subject that we working on in the group than my supervisor (hehehe...score point) :D

well, I just finish cardio X and finish my skim-milk....going to take a shower and cook my dinner: chicken, gravy, green beans :D

Day 8

Hi all :D

today is the 8th days of my new journey with P90X. I feel pretty great. although the pain after worked out always stay there but it is getting better now. I didn't feel it that much anymore and I love my food and my diet :D
everyday I always pack my lunch (mainly vegetable) and my friends in the office always said "hmm, looks healthy and delicious" so I start tell them that I am trying to be healthy by regular exercise with P90X and eat healthy. They support me and wish me luck for my diet :D

today I ate mushroom omelet and cottage cheese as breakfast, banana for first break, chef salad for lunch, cookies for second break and fish-lemon with potatoes (because my potatoes almost get expired :P )

I did core synergistic today and still can not do chaturangga (I don't know if I write it right) running...it is very hardddddddd -_-"

well, now I am drinking my recovery drink (choco skim-milk) hehehe...I can't afford for P90X recovery drink, it is too expensive for me :)

and yeah, I think I will sleep pretty well..

Day 7

wow, it is a week already :D

I am so happy today is my resting day...so I didn't do anything...just working at the office :D
but yeah, I notice that my body is changing....I can see my collar bone...although it is still not that much but I can feel it :D
and I have bisep now... even though it still have some fats there...but hopefully by the end of the program...I can loss more :D

I will borrow a weight from my friend (around 3 Kg, not more because he doesn't allow me to bulk up..lol) but yeah, I am still figuring out where to buy the cheap one in nijmegen :P

today I had cheese scramble with milk as breakfast, cashew with tea as first break, tuna salad (I love this one) for lunch, banana and 1 muffin (my friend in the office make one for me...so yeah, I ate them for love) and lemon garlic chicken (craving it for more..this is soo delicious) and yeah...tomorrow is gonna be a busy day with minor also worked out...I need my beauty sleep...see yaa ^^

1 week down...11 weeks to go :D
I am soo exciting for the result and stay motivating like now :D

day 6

wohooo :D
this is day 6
and I didn't eat breakfast because I was too busy with everything....but I ate shin ramyun for lunch because I was very hungry and I ate fish and potatoes...It was quite a lot...but then I feel happy ^^
my didn't eat my small meal because I feel pretty full ... but hopefully it is okay :P

after that...late in the afternoon I did kempo...and I LOVE IT!!!! it was pretty hard to get your leg up high...but I manage...I hope with in 2 weeks I can do it higher than today :D

I ate beef with broccoli and paprika as dinner...and it was soo delicious :D
I realize that I ate more than what I usually eat...but this is maybe because I need more energy :P

well, 6 down. 84 to goo ;D

Day 5

Wohoo...this is weekend and it's saturday.
I start my day with great breakfast (spinach scramble, skim milk) and then work out...it was a hard one...I hardly breath, exhausted and tired...feel to fainting..but I keep up...remember that if I need a break, I have to take a break...then wrap it with chocomelk
then I ate lunch with sandwich (because I run out chicken) :P
I feel full in my second break so I just ate banana :D
and then inthe afternoon I went to the supermarket, buy some meat for tomorrow and tonight.
tonight I ate fish stick with salad and BBQ sauce...hehehe :P I kjnow I must not eat this kind of sauce...but yeah, next time I will stick to the rule :P

I slept really well after that...and I passed day 5 ^^

day 4

well, I was pretty tired from yesterday, so I decided to woke up late. and I woke up around 9.30 :/
I start my day with oven fermented soy bean (tempe) and then I worked out. Today we have to do yoga...gosh, it was a looonnggg worked out but I love it. I know that I lack in some of the pose but I want to try and work it on.

I found out that we can change the recovery drink with low fat choco melk... :P so yeah, again, due to low of budget, I used it and I still need to look for cheap protein powder :|

well, I had no lunch today because I still feel full, so I change it to some milk candy (I know this is bad, but I just love this candy) and banana...for the dinner I ate amazing oven chicken and potatoes with veggies.

today as pretty busy day and I hope to get some rest for tomorrow...well, I know I will not have it because I have to finish my report for monday :S
but yeah..at least it is WEEKENDD  :)

Day 3

Hi guys, so sorry I didn't write anything yesterday...because I got a pizza party (+ workshop) with my italian friend :D

well, yesterday went pretty okay. I had wonderful breakfast with chicken n 6 white egg...luch with chicken and veggies, dinner with fish and rice. so yesterday was abs workout and arm...u know what am I lack of, weight...I have no weight and I had no budget to buy one (well, my budget now all goes to grocery for the diet, bcause this month is gonna be full of protein -means expensive bcz I have to buy meat- :P )

but, I got too much distraction in the evening and in the end, I end up having too much pizza :(
I am so sorry Tony, but this guys just make amazing home-made pizza...and I got a chance to make my own pizza ^^ I am soo happy.
yesterday end with last bit of pizza and I slept around 00.59 :P

Day 2

Hi guys, how are you? :D

so today is my second day of my transformation project.

after a day with Core Synergistics exercise, I feel full of pain all over my body. But you know that you need to work on your goal. so by keeping that in mind, I keep on doing my daily routine with the muscle ache around my body. It is not that bad tho, if you think about what will going to happen with in 3 month...you got the motivation (at least I did)

so my food today:
breakfast: muesli cereal with kwark
first break: sandwich with chicken
lunch: pasta with broccoli, tomatoes and cheese (lil bit of olive oil and some herbs)
second break: sandwich with chicken + orange
Dinner: salad with cucumber, carrot and chicken (very delicious but I ate too much from the portion I think :P once a while...)

well, let me tell you something. for the whole day, I DID NOT FEEL HUNGRY at all. I always feel full so I can be focus with my task and my routine. I never feel this great before, and this is still the second day ^^ (88 to go and very exciting about it)
I mean, when I got hungry, I saw the clock and well, it is time for food. I dunno why, but I think my body adapt to the routine quite fast :D

so after the second break I go home and start work my ass off. remember, never work out right after meal. wait for 1 hour for light meal and 2 hours for heavy meal.

I did Cardio X today and it was FUN!! well, it is very tiring and exhausting exercise. To be honest I really want to quit during the exercise because it is just soo intense for me. But the guy, Tony Horton keep motivating you to continue and engage with the work out :D

this is my second day. I feel tired, have sore muscle but I am HAPPY. I never know that I can push my ability with the worked out.

I used to be a very fragile and weak kid. but Nijmegen change me, in here I have to cycle everywhere. so it help a lot with my physical condition.

anyway, I am getting sleepy now. time to go to bed and see you tomorrow :D

well, modification is necessary sometimes :P

you know that I have been motivated with Ewa Chodakowska training plan and I am...but the problem is, I use the worked out video from youtube and guess what...they delete the video due to copyright ;(
well, good thing happen, I saw a video about P90X transformation and I keep watching it. in the end I decided, why not using P90X workout plan (I dunno but somehow I have it in my laptop) and Ewa diet. I mean they both pretty much the same and I already start the diet today.

so form today onward, we gonna get sweaty with P90X workout and get the nutrition from Ewa. I think I need to change it a bit because P90X is an extreme worked out.

I just finish relaxing my body and time to go to bed (gosh, I am planning to sleep at 10) well, tomorrow I must stick to the schedule :)

oh btw, I measure up my body today (height 163cm, weight 70kg) -I have big tummy and huge booty-
so Day 1
- upper arm: 31cm
- chest: 95cm
- tummy: 87cm
- booty: 107cm
- thigh: right:59; left: 59cm
- calf: right: 42; left: 42cm

well, we will see with the first phase of P90X how many cm will get away from my body ^^

Day 1 of Transformation Project

Wow, I can not believe that I start it ^^

well, although today I still snooze my alarm (my bed is so nice and I don't want to leave it alone) and I snooze my alarm for like 6 times then I realized that I really need to wake up.
so I wake up , have a glass of soup and did 30 min dancing exercise. dancing is great because I love to dance. I turn on the music and start dancing...today booty work out maann :D

well, in this exercise, you need at least 2000 calorie per day because your body also need nutrition. so I divided the nutrition intake by 5 (5 meal per day) I know right...it look a lot but it is not that much.

Breakfast soup, around 10am I ate a sandwich with veggies (this time is a coffee break time for dutch people) then at 12 I ate my lunch. I think lunch take the most important part because I ate carbohydrate (potatoes) and veggies and coconut milk (I love this part). at 3 pm I ate same thing as the first break (at 10am) then around 7pm I ate dinner with A LOT of veggies ^^ . In fact, I am eating them right now while writing this post.

so yeah...then I will do some worked out before sleep and pass out around 10pm (maybe). well, I got addictive to game the sims...so yeah, hopefully I can manage to sleep early :D

tomorrow is going to be a new day and the second day :D
hopefully can still keep up till the last day :D and keep maintain the weight :)

Revolution

okay, after such a loonggg time I'va been absent from blogging world. Now, I come back ^^

not with my brutal poetry or sad story about someone live.

now, I want to make something like diary to help me maintain my training. I've been planning (remember, just planing and idea..no reality hehe) to do some diet program...but I never did that (well, it last for 1 week, then I stop)

now me and my friend want to try this workout program by Ewa Chodakowska (polish trainer) and we will see what will happen with in 3 month. we both are so excited about this because we saw a lot of real result of people that doing it..and babyyy it is workkk!!! :D

so we want to (at least) loss our weight and fat in our body and change it into healthy muscles. well, summer is coming so lets be prepare for summer body :D
And you know what, if you want to have a good live, fight for it and don't wait. and always remember that YOU MUST FOLLOW YOUR HEART!!! don't give a F*** about what other people think and don't make a decision just to make other people happy and you are not happy. this is your life and you must fight for it ^^

so yeah...starting with DAY 1 for tomorrow. I will post some before and after picture :D
hopefully there is a changes in there *Finger cross*

so I am planning to worked out 2 times (morning and evening -because I got minor-) per day for 5 days (weekdays) and 1 time per day for weekend (because it is weekend so I want to just relaxing my body -I think they also need that-)
