Day 17

Hey guyss
so today I have to wake up early because I will have appointment this afternoon...hence, I can't do worked out in the morning. did pretty good in the office today...
I ate fermentated soya (tempe) and bread with mozarella for my breakfast...(goshh this is soo delicious), protein bars for first break and steaks alad as my lunch. my co-worker always get excited with my lunch because I always prepared and bring different kind of food everyday. ^^
In the evening I ate my dinner with chicken coated with honey-chili sauce...this sauce is disaster...hahaha failed sauce but still taste pretty good after some modification. I end my day with yoga X..burn my calorie, get tired and sleep well for the next morning...
